What this site collects, and what happens to it.

This site collects very little, so this page is short. The data controller is IGLU S.r.l.s., Viale Carlo III 150, 81020 San Nicola la Strada (CE), Italy, VAT IT04632270619. For anything on this page, write to hello@iglu.dev.

The contact form

If you write to us through the form, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you tell us about your project. That message lands in a private channel in our Slack workspace, and we answer from there. We do not keep it in a database of our own, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it with anyone. We keep the conversation as long as it is useful for the work we might do together, and we delete it on request.

The legal basis is the step you take before a contract: you asked us a question about working together, and we need your message and your address to answer it.

Booking a call

The call button sends you to Cal.com, which is a separate company and handles its own booking data under its own privacy policy. We see the name, email and time you choose for the call.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. It measures traffic in aggregate and does not build a profile of you across sites. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Who else touches the data

The site runs on Vercel, which hosts it and keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and troubleshooting. The articles are written in Notion and read from there when a page is built. Messages from the form go to Slack. Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions, and each publishes its own terms and privacy policy.

One page also loads a reviews widget from Clutch, the directory where our clients leave verified reviews. It comes from their servers, so your browser contacts them when that section loads, and what they do with that is covered by their own privacy policy. If you would rather not load it, the same reviews are readable on their site directly.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@iglu.dev and we will answer within thirty days. If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian supervisory authority.
